I have ended up with far more tubers than I know what to do with but my labeling skills are lacking so I have lots and lots of lucky dip tubers (which are the best kind if you ask me).
My patch consisted mainly of decorative, ball and dinner plate dahlias (you can read more about the different dahlia types here) with a couple of cactus and semi cactus thrown in.
I also accidentally bought mainly pink-ish and purple-ish varieties so there's a (very) high chance you will get something in that shade.
All tubers were inspected for viruses when they were dug up but there is no virus free guarantee. Best practice is to plant anything new separate to dahlias you already have for at least three growing seasons.
I have done my best to ensure there is a neck, a crown and some eyes on each tuber, but I learned the hard way that not everything you buy will grow.
I also can't guarantee you will get 10 different varieties in your lucky dip pack. I am still learning and the price of these dahlia tubers reflects my novice status.
If you are after a specific variety of dahlia I will have more tubers available from September after I have planned my own patch.
